I have been going to Dr. Cait for over a decade, and can’t speak highly enough of how well I’ve been taken care of at her practice. I’ve been to several other chiropractors over the years, and while some were quite good, none of them went to the extent AHC did for giving me proactive things to help minimize how much I needed to be adjusted (stretches, orthotics, exercises, etc etc).

I trust Dr. Cait implicitly, and have not hesitated to refer people to her time and again.
